This is my recipe of my favorite appetizer and it consume only minimum calorie, check out this a healthy diet.

Ingredients:
- 4 ripe Fresh Avocados, peeled and cut into medium size
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 small white onion, minced
- 1 ripe tomato, seeded and cut into medium size
- Salt and pepper, to taste
How to prepare?
- Mixed avocados with lemon juice in a big bowl
- Gently stir in remaining ingredients (onion and tomoto)
- Add in salt and pepper and serve immediately.
